1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Order Tracking:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please check with the carrier and file a claim if necessary. We will do our best to assist in locating your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
